Who You Are

  • A leader or leader-to-be who is results-driven and accustomed to success. You want to make a bigger impact beyond the numbers or financial rewards but don't know exactly where to begin. You want greater ease and flow by aligning who you are at your core to your unique leadership style.

  • While successful on paper, you’ve fallen into a bit of a rut and aren’t growing + learning in the way you’d like.

  • You’re a new 1st, 2nd, or 3rd line leader who’s feeling like a fish out of water. That old way of doing things isn’t working and you’re having trouble keeping up.

  • You’re on the fast track to burnout with no end in sight.

Working Together

  • We will explore where you are today and your goals for coaching.

  • You select 6-10 people for stakeholder interviews, to serve as a guide in understanding how others observe and perceive you.

  • Based on the discovery call and 360 feedback, we will co-create goals for the coaching engagement and define success criteria

  • We will meet for 60-90 minute coaching sessions on a recurring basis (e.g., every other week). During these sessions, we will work towards your coaching goals, obtain feedback along the way, and make adjustments as needed.

  • As the coaching engagement comes to a close, we will reflect on where you are in relation to your goals, new insights, and possible inquiries to explore post-engagement.
