With over two decades of experience as a top performer in tech enterprise sales and IT, I know what it takes to succeed. I also know that succeeding at all costs is not the answer. I have a deep passion to help others achieve fulfillment, connection (with self and others), and alignment in work and in life without burning out. I believe the path to sustainable success is not by doing more but, by doing less and doing it extremely well. Clients share that my deep listening skills, empathy, and real world experience unlock new insights resulting in clarity, growth, and lasting change.

My passion to help others started as a side gig roughly 4 years ago, when I began investing 100s of hours in training to become a certified coach for leaders and high performing individual contributors at Salesforce. Fast forward to today, I’m ready to take that side gig full time.
